We all need motivation. Different moments in our lives require different motivations, different information.

That's what we are doing here - gathering writings from many different experts and peoples on different strategies for change, different ideas about what choices we have, and how to go about making better choices for the change you would like.

The mind is a fascinating thing - and how we choose to use it, a fascinating study - which is what I've been doing for decades.

Studying and qualifying in different discplines (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Holistic healing), following the works of major authorities in the fields the mind, motivation and choice making have led me to start to put together information here, on this website.

As already said elsewhere on this website, some of the information you'll find irrelevant (today that is); some you will have come across before; but if one piece of writing gets you thinking, challenging a notion that you have about yourself and motivating you to change for your better, job done.

Slow down, turn the distractions off (TV, Radio, Mobile/Cell Phone), and allow yourself space and time, and above all, enoy your journey - there will always be hardship, but there will always be joy if you choose to allow it.
